2019 is here, so here is the new ranking of the 100 Sexiest Women Alive. I’ve kept the final ranking/votes the top 50 from my 2018 list the same, and made vast changes to the bottom of the list that anyone can vote on. Kate Upton won the Sexiest Women Alive title in 2017 with 78 up votes and 31 down votes. I look forward to seeing who is chosen as 2018’s Sexiest Woman Alive.
